Return Policy

In the event that a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase a full refund will be made excluding shipping charges. Return must be made within seven (7) days of receipt. Custom orders are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Customers have three (3) days from date of inital order to cancel their purchase with no charges incurred.  Please call 508.348.9074 to cancel an order.

Slight variations in products may occur due to the nature of the materials; all natural seashells, however, quality is never compromised.
