SHIPPING
 

Most of our products will be shipped via UPS or USPS.  All packages are insured and tracked.

 

Custom Orders:  Please call 508.493.0245 for delivery information.

 

Please allow 7 - 10 business days for processing as everything is hand-made.

 

For all wedding bouquets please allow 2 - 3 months for processing or call us at 508.971.2295 for a rush order.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

 

In the event that a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase a full refund will be made excluding shipping charges.

To be eligible for a return you must meet the following criteria:
Customer must request a return authorization number (#) by contacting Info@seashellsinbloom.com
Returns must be made within seven (7) days of receipt (excluding bridal bouquets & custom orders) and product(s) must arrive in the same condition they were received in. 

If a product is damaged in transit it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt..

 

Customer is responsible for returned shipping costs

 

Custom orders are non-refundable.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Customers have three (3) days from date of initial order to cancel their purchase with no charges incurred.  Please call 508.493.0245 to cancel an order.

 

Slight variations in products may occur due to the nature of the materials; all natural seashells, however, quality is never compromised.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, less shipping, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a two business days.   Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.otherwise.

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged send us an email at INFO@seashellsinbloom.com for next steps & replacement when applicable.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
