SHIPPING + RETURNS
Most of our products will be shipped via UPS. Smaller items are shipped through the United States Post Office. All packages are insured and tracked.
Please allow 4 - 7 business days for processing (this does not include shipping time) as everything is hand-made unless otherwise noted in the product description.
For all wedding bouquets please allow 2 - 3 months as everything is custom made.
We may be able to accommodate a shorter lead time, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information..
In the event that a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase a full refund will be made excluding shipping charges.
To be eligible for a return you must meet the following criteria:
Customer must request a return authorization number (#) by contacting Info@seashellsinbloom.com
A request for a return must be made within seven (7) days of receipt.
Returned goods must arrive at our facility in new and unused condition.
If a product is damaged in transit it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt..
Customer is responsible for returned shipping costs
Custom orders are non-refundable.
Customers have twenty-four (24) hours from time of initial order to cancel their purchase with no charges incurred. Please email email@example.com to cancel an order.
Slight variations in products may occur due to the nature of the materials; all natural seashells, natural pearls, natural sea glass.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, less shipping, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a two business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for next steps & replacement when applicable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
